Oncoplastie mammaire : expérience du service de chirurgie carcinologique, centre régional d’oncologie, CHU Mohammed VI, Oujda (À propos de 44 cas)

Oncoplastic surgery is a recent surgery that combines a gesture of glandular excision and plastic surgery techniques. The aim of our study is a respective analysis of 44 cases treated in the department of cancer surgery, Regional Oncology Center, University Hospital Mohammed VI OUJDA and their comparison with the results of the literature. The objectives of this study are to evaluate these techniques in terms of feasibility, oncologic and aesthetic results. The techniques used are: an oncoplastic type I: quadrantectomy with areal focus in 9% of cases. an oncoplastic type II in 91% of cases : by external technique in 40% of cases, by removal of the MAP associated with mammoplasty in 22,5% of cases, by technical J or L in 10% of cases, by Round Block technique in 7,5% of cases, by technical pure vertical mammoplasty in 5% of cases, by technical T inverted inferior pedicle in 2,5%,by technical T inverted superior pedicle in 2,5% of cases, and by technique crease under the breast in 2,5% of cases. The cosmetic results were satisfactory in patients evaluable. These new approaches allows us to anticipate oncoplastic the aesthetic result, improve the oncological outcome in terms of limits of resection and recurrence, and broadens the indications of conservative treatment for tumors between 3-5 cm and tumors retro-areal
