This work aims to identify urgent urological pathologies in order to achieve a reference document and a practical guide, which could be an effective help for young medicine practitioners who are confronted every day to hard medical cases in the consultations or emergency services.Therefore we have collected many data about these diseases from several document relating to the specialty of Urology.Thus, we have counted twenty five cases we divided into five groups according to their distinctive features; then we treated them starting with a reminder of the anatomy and physiology of the urogenital system, before turning to each disease following a path including, as appropriate, an introduction, a pathophysiological reminder, the diagnostic process, therapeutic conduct, finally a conclusion.In the last but not least, this doctoral thesis include the different pathologies that required a emergency care, the features of every diseases ,and also the difficulties associated with Immediate care of these pathologies. Which requires from young practitioners possession at the same time a scientific knowledge and medical skills
