Grave’s disease is an uncommon and severe disease ; it affects especially older children and it occurs more frequently in female than in male subjects. In fact, it is an autoimmune disorder resulting from the stimulation of the Thyrotropin (TSH) receptor by auto-antibodies. The positive diagnosis is made by the association of both clinical and biological hyperthyroidism, in addition to the radiological signs.This is a retrospective study of 4 patients of both sexes, followed in pediatric endocrinology consultation of the University Hospital Hassan II of FEZ, during a period of six years: from 2008 to 2014.Besides, concerning the four patients (3 girls and 1 boy), their average age was 7 years and 9 months; the history of family goiter was found in two patients, the clinical picture was dominated by goiter in all patients, the exophthalmos and weight loss were noticed among 4 patients, and the tachycardia, tremor and nervousness were identified within 2 patients. The biological hyperthyroidism was found in all patients, the antibodies of the Thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor were positive in all the 4 patients, and the thyroid ultrasound showed the homogeneous and hyper vascular character of the goiter. The AntiThyroid Drug (ATD) is usually recommended as the initial treatment for hyperthyroidism of children, and the thyroidectomy and the radioactive iodine are the alternative treatments
