Gliosarcoma is a rare malignant brain tumor, accounting for 1.8 to 8% of all glial tumors. This entity raises several questions concerning histopathologica ldiagnostic criteria, pathogenesis and therapeutic management. We report two cases of Gliosarcoma managed at the Neurosurgery and radiotherapy department University Hospital of Fez during the last four years (2010-2014); the diagnosis was confirmed by histological study. There were two men aged 43 and 53 years-old respectively. Symptoms of intracranial hypertension and motor deficit were predominant. The tumor was located in the left temporal lobe in the first case and in the left frontal lobe in the second. The sarcomatous component of the tumor was fibrosarcoma in both cases. The two patients underwent total removal of the tumor followed by external radiotherapy. One patient died seven months postoperatively. However, the other patient is still alive with no clinical or radiological signs of recurrence. Through these two clinical cases and the literature review, we discuss the clinicopathologic features, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this rare tumor
