Fibrous calcifying tumor is a rare benign tumor, with characteristic
histological and immunohistochemical features. The peritoneal location
is uncommon. We present a case of a calcifying fibrous tumor of the
mesoappendix presenting as non suggestive clinical and radiological
aspects.
