Purpose:Our goal is to provide an update on this topic from our series and the literature data

Patients and methods:This is a retrospective study of 15 patients. The series was gathered over a period of 4 years, from 2011 to 2014 at ORL department A Al Farabi Hospital of Oujda. It is about 14 minor tumors and one cever tumors. The medium age of patients is of 45 years. The retro-mandibular swelling was the clinical signs shared by all patients.Malignancy is suspected in pain and facial involvement. The pleomorphic adenoma dominates by far benign tumors, while malignant lesions are dominated by the mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The treatment consisted of an exo-facial parotidectomy in 26.6% of cases, and a total in 73.4% of cases. Nevertheless, the major complication of this surgery remains facial paralysis

Conclusion:Tumor of the parotid gland pathology raises many diagnostic and therapeutic problems
