LES ÉCHANGES PLASMATIQUES EXPERIENCE DE MISE EN PLACE DANS LE CHU HASSAN II de Fès

After years of use, plasmatic exchanges seems as an important therapeutic for some severe diseases uncontrolled by conventional cures. This technic consists on the subtraction of an important plasmatic volume in order to withdraw pathogen molecules from organism and restitute formed blood elements. Extracted plasma is then replaced by various substitution liquids within indication and centers. Our work has as objective to explain practical and theoretical modalities of this technique, contraindications and several complications of PE, guiding the implementation of the technique in a clinical hospital service. Meanwhile setting epigraphs of the first results of PE in CHU Fès. PE are realized in nephrology service of CHU Hassan II Fes since 2013. 57 sessions have been realized during a period of a year between July 2013 and July 2014 among 13 patients (ten women and three men) between 5 and 45 years. The proceedings have been realized with a separator by undersurveillance filtration monitoring. All exchanges have been realized for patients with neurology diseases (3 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, 5 cases of myasthenia, 3 cases of optic neuromyelitis of DEVIC and two cases of acute myelitis). This therapeutic technique has been rapidly developed last years allowing a better control of extracorporeal circulation problems, cellular separators performance, semi-industrial sanguine products accessibility and a better knowledge of somephysiopathogyaffections in field of immunology. Careful monitoring during PE and scarcity of complications explain the growing demand of this therapeutic
