Multifocal tuberculosis is defined by the achievement of two noncontiguous extrapulmonary sites with or without pulmonary involvement. She is rare, it represent only 10% of extra pulmonary tuberculosis and occur mostly in immunocompromised subjects. We report a retrospective study of 17 cases of multifocal tuberculosis in immunocompetent patients, collected in the pulmonology department of Moulay Ismail Military Hospital in Meknès, over a period of 7 years (2008-2014). This is 7 women and 10 men. The average age was 39.5 years (15-79). 11 patients had at least two locations (64,70%), 5 patients had 3 locations (29.41%) and only one patient had 6 locations (5.88%). Pleural involvement was the most common, it was objectified in 11 patients (64.70%) and was associated with lymph node waiting in 35.29% of cases, spondylodiscitis dans17,64% of cases, in 11 peritoneal, 76% of cases, urogenital, miliary, and pericardial in 5.88% of cases each, Pulmonary involvement was found in 3 patients (17.64%). The confirmation of the diagnosis was histologically in all patients and sometimes bacteriological. All serological tests (HIV, Hepatitis B and C) were negative and no comorbidity was found in our patient. The antituberculous therapy was initiated in all patients.the outcome was favorable in 76.47%. It was objectified a relapse, and one case of failure, and one case of death. Through our study, The purpose of this work is to study the epidemiological and clinical features of multifocal tuberculosis which can occur in a perfectly immunocompetent, and the difficulties of diagnosis and therapeutic management
