LA RECONSTRUCTION ACETABULAIRE DANS LES PROTHESES TOTALES DE LAHANCHE (Aproposde16cas)

A retrospective study has been done for 16 of acetabular reconstruction with a bone autograft, In 15 patients at the department of orthopaedics and traumatology of the military hospital Moulay Ismail in Meknes , over a period of 6 years from from 2006 to 2012 , with a mean of 56 months .
The average age of our patients was 57 years , with a predominance masculine. The acetabular bone loss was classified according staging Paprosky as follows: Stage 2b (1 case) , 2c Stadium (7 cases) , Stage 3a (6 cases) , Stage 3b (2 cases) .
A bone graft was required in 80% of our patients. With introduction of cemented cup in 13 cases of dual mobility cup cemented in 1 case and uncemented in 2 cases. In 6 cases the reconstruction was maintained with Kerboull cross and 2cases by a ring Bursch Schneider .
The clinical score according to Merle d’ Aubigné and Postel progress under 10.9 points preoperatively to 17.28 points postoperatively.
The complications were : 1acetabular loosening (1case), 1 femoral loosening ( 1 case).
